Cancellation Policy

At Harmony Within we book out your treatment time totally for you.

If you cancel within 48 hrs of your appointment £20 per treatment will be charged if your appointment can’t be filled.

If you cancel within 24 hrs of your appointment or don’t show up for your appointment the full treatment price will be charged, if your slot can’t be filled.

For treatments totalling over £80 in one session, a deposit of £20 is required which is refundable up until 7 days before treatment. If the appointment is cancelled within 7 days of treatment the deposit is not refundable unless the appointment slot can be filled.

Harmony Within will text client reminder but this is your responsibility to remember appointments.
