Terms & Conditions

  • Please arrive promptly for your appointment
  • All new clients will be required to complete a full consultation form, the time to complete your consultation form will be added to your treatment.
  • Once your consultation form is complete it is your responsibility to inform harmony within of any changes to your medical conditions- including pregnancy.
  • For clients with serious illnesses, before we can proceed with any treatment, we ask you to provide a letter from your doctor to say that you are able to receive the specific treatment you want to have at Harmony Within
  • Please inform Harmony Within if you are going to be late for your appointment.
  • Arriving late may intefere with your treatment, all appointments will end at their scheduled time so that the next client will not be delayed, and a full charge will be applied. All times stated include preparation of room and client
  • Offers cannot be used in conjunction with any other offer or discount.
  • We reserve the right to change prices without prior notice.
  • We do not offer refunds on any of our treatments, but we are happy to discuss any concerns you may have, and where possible we will do what we can to ensure we resolve any disputes.
  • Clients that are new to lash lifts (ellebana one shot) and tinting treatments require a skin sensitivity test 24 hours prior to treatment.
  • Clients having a pedicure treatment should bring open toe shoes or flip flops to their appointment.
  • Swimming, sun beds, sauna and steam should be avoided 24 hours before and after any eyelash and wax treatments.
  • You agree to follow the aftercare advice given by your therapist at the end of the appointment and as such your therapist will not be held responsible.
  • We accept all major credit/debit cards and cash.
  • If a therapist is not available to carry out your treatments through circumstances beyond our control, we reserve the right to transfer the booking to an alternative therapist. In unusual circumstances we may need to cancel your booking. In the event that we- cannot fulfil your appointment, we will contact you by telephone – where possible.

 

Our Reward Card

Harmony within loyalty card points cannot be redeemed for cash, sold or transferred. Your Card must not be transferred to a third party. Your Loyalty card cannot be used in conjunction with any other offer or discount. Harmony Within reserves the right to without notice: a. terminate the scheme b. decline to issue Loyalty cards c. withdraw or cancel the loyalty card d. alter or amend the terms & conditions of the Harmony With Loyalty Card scheme.

 

Gift Vouchers

Gift Vouchers are non refundable and are valid for 6 months from the purchase date and will not be accepted after the expiry date. Vouchers cannot be redeemed for cash, sold or transferred. Your gift voucher number must be quoted at the time of booking and the voucher handed to the therapist at the start of your treatment. You are not under obligation to use the full value of your vouchers during one session. Late cancellation and “failure to show” terms as laid out above also apply to gift vouchers.

 

Personal Items

Please ensure you retrieve all your personal items before leaving the premises as we cannot be held responsible for lost items.

Cancellation Policy

At Harmony Within we book out your treatment time totally for you.

  • If you cancel within 48 hrs of your appointment £20 per treatment will be charged if your appointment can’t be filled.
  • If you cancel within 24 hrs of your appointment or don’t show up for your appointment the full treatment price will be charged, if your slot can’t be filled.
  • For treatments totalling over £80 in one session, a deposit of £20 is required which is refundable up until 7 days before treatment. If the appointment is cancelled within 7 days of treatment the deposit is not refundable unless the appointment slot can be filled.
  • Harmony Within will text client reminder but this is your responsibility to remember appointments.

Data Security

Personal details taken from clients during consultation procedures will be kept safe and in the strictest confidence. We would, on occasion like to send you details of open evenings and special promotions. If you would rather not receive these please let us know.

 

Harmony Within collects data on the client consultation forms to ensure that we can safely carry out your treatment and be able to contact you with regards to appointments. We store this data to comply with my public and product liability insurance, and to safely continue treatments and keep records of all products and treatments performed, should any issues/allergies/problems arise. Harmony Within store this data in a locked filing cabinet which only I have access to. The personal information which is stored in a safe place. This data will not be shared with any third parties. Harmony Within will store ALL necessary data  for 7 years to comply with our legal obligations but it will be reviewed on an annual basis where you can opt out, if you choose to opt out, we will keep your data on file for insurance/account purposes. You can opt out at any point by contacting me in writing to

If you do decide to opt out and withdraw consent we will no longer be able to perform treatments on you.
